7/17/2010 · Not all emotionally unavailable people are actively selfish, basically. Most of the people I personally know who have this problem are genuinely kind and want the best for others – they simply lack the skills (but I am proof they can be learned!) Where people also believe themselves to be superior, they’re just selfish and best avoided.
Yet, most people seem to have this idea that emotionally unavailable people are cold-hearted heartbreakers and manipulators. It’s VITAL to know that emotionally unavailable people have deep-rooted insecurities, fears and issues that stem from past traumas in either relationships or (most times) childhood.
I feel like I am exclusively drawn to emotionally unavailable people and those are the only people I notice attracted to me. Im fairly attractive from what I’ve been told so that’s probably not it. of me knows I am self sabotaging because i feel like i dont deserve to be loved.
