If both or [ WH-1000XM3 ] are displayed touch [ WH-1000XM3 ], or touch [LE_ WH-1000XM3 ] if [LE_ WH-1000XM3 ] is displayed. If pairing is not established within 5 minutes, pairing mode is canceled, and the headset turns off.

Hi Sony , Brand new pair of WH -1000XM3’s arrived this afternoon and all four test recordings I have made sound terrible. Audio is muffled/muddy. Upgraded to the latest firmware as prompted by the iOS app. Is this a known issue?
